How We Practice
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY IS MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES
It is important that we understand your problem or issue before we undertake to represent you. Once we agree on a fee or retainer and the extent of our representation, you and the firm will sign a letter of representation outlining the extent and level of our service to you.
This may be initiated by telephone 714-375-660, x5034 / 562-592-9350;
e-mail: email@example.com for an appointment with Mike Vaughn.
Prompt Access is the keystone of our practice. Mike Vaughn or someone is generally available. Our phone systems follow us and, if we are available, we will take your call. Please use our voicemail system and e-mail system when necessary.
We will contact you in the following priority:
- E-mail. E-mail is the primary way we will contact you, unless you have advised us of an alternative.
Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Telephone: Direct Line 562-592-9350
- Surface Mail & Delivery:

It is very important that you keep us informed of any changes to your address or contact information. The Internet has increased the “expectation” of speed for modern business. By using the state-of-the-art communication devices, we are able to respond much more quickly, resulting in the reduction of overall costs to our clients.
PDF documents are documents that are created in Adobe Acrobat format and may then be transmitted via e-mail or the Internet without alteration.
Your documents may be delivered to you in this format which allows us to provide the fastest service possible. The document may be required to be signed, notarized or otherwise used. If originals need to be returned to us, we will notify you of your delivery options.
If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software in your computer, please download it for free at: www.adobe.com. Good communication is important to all attorney-client relationships.
